Happy Birthday to us!

Where does the time go? It was only yesterday when we took those first feeble steps onto the internet. Little did we know that it would take us to all sorts of places we never even dreamed possible! Here we are, 10 years older and we’re still stumbling along. At least we don’t throw up on ourselves anymore… well, not on a regular basis… ok, at least not everyday…

Anyway, we just want to say thank you! From the true believers who have been with us from the start to the newbies who may have just stumbled on to Happy Tree Friends recently; it takes an e-village to raise a show… and what a show we’ve put on! We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried, we’ve been horrified, grossed out and yes, even puked a little… but at least we did it all together!

So, what’s the next 10 years of HTF look like? We here at Mondo are thinking up a few things to kick-off the new decade. Like any good surprise, we’re not ready to blow the lid off this puppy just yet. There are still things to figure out and preparations to be made but we’re hoping that our plan for this year will make everyone rejoice!

For now, let’s get this party started by commenting below! We would love to hear your story of when you first saw Happy Tree Friends! Regale us with the delight turned to shock and horror as these cute, cuddly creatures became twisted and mangled right before your very eyes and how they eventually worked their way into your hearts!

I was pwned at the first time I saw it. “Class Act”, OMG, classic ! I was 7 atm, when I was 12 I finally knew that it was HTF and I fell in olve with it immediately. Keep making more and more HTF, now my sisters love it, too.

    Ahh… 10 years… truly amazing.
So, my first exposure was… about ten years ago, or so, I guess. I saw some clothing with the characters on it in the mall. My parents were shocked and disgusted. I thought it was the best thing ever. Still do.
I have the original three-disc boxed set (you never know what treasures lurk on the shelves of used book stores!), and I love it like a friend. Thank you so much Mondo Media! You have been an essential part of who I am, whether you realize it or not. Most likely not.
Thanks for sticking around and producing high-quality stuff without slacking. Truly, you are the leaders of the revolution.
Go in peace, and please don’t stop the party!
PS: I love Petunia, but Flaky kicks ass also.
