Buddhist Monkey did not flip out. It was no post-traumatic stress; and he tried to stop himself from hurting anyone until the point when the flower was harmed. Also, I could not believe Alan Lau was actually in the film. And if you’d notice, in the HTF episode “Keeping it Reel”… this episode appeared as the movie.
Personally, the show was great, but comercially… it ought to have less credits.
