I love Flaky! And I think she is a girl, mainly because she sounds like like a girl, has feminine characteristics (aside from not having eyelashes), and if she was a boy then “he” would have very girly characteristics/actions/behavior.

Going off what others said about Flaky and why she/he whatever
The voice actor’s gender has nothing to do with the characters. There has been plenty male roles where the voice actors are girls.
Wikipedia is not always 100% accurate.
Just because Flaky does not have lashes does not necessarily mean she is a boy, though I do find this as the best argument to her being a boy, for HTF seems rather consistent about such things. Just Flaky strikes me as the type of person, if human, would be hard to decide the gender of too.
I agree with the comment if Flaky heard the screaming would purposely avoid that bathroom. Plus, Flaky seem unsure about her own gender , she could have just randomly picked a bathroom to go in.
I am saying she because I personally believe she is a girl. Reason being she just strike me as one. And not because she’s scared of everything, a boy can have just the same height of paranoia and amount of phobias.
Believe what you want to, just don’t argue about it less you have a plausible argument.
