HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. To enter, watch the 7 Halloween episodes on the HTF Web Fright on You Tube or on happytreefriends.com, Go to http://htf.atom.com/index.php/boo-tube to enter. There you will be asked to match 6 objects with the episodes in which they appear. Entries with all correct answers will be entered into a random drawing. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received by 5:00pm PST November 13th, 2009. Mondo Media is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these sweepstakes rules.
SWEEPSTAKES RULES:
1. Entering sweepstakes and contacting winners.
The Happy Tree Friends BOO Tube Watch & Win Halloween Sweepstakes is open to the general public. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Mondo Media, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respected affiliates and associates and such employees’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
Mondo Media is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries or emails sent but not received by Mondo Media for any reason, as potential sweepstakes winners.
All entries must include the following information: All six objects matched correctly, Name, Email, Country and Age.
Winners will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter the sweepstakes, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Mondo Media will mail the sweepstakes prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.
Only one entry per email address used to send the email will be considered for entry. Unless otherwise specified in an individual sweepstakes post, no person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses.
Claiming of prizes requires a response to Mondo Media from the winning sender email address within 10 business days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Mondo Media is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
You acknowledge and agree that Mondo Media shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any information that you submit to Mondo Media.
You understand and intend that any information submitted by you to Mondo Media may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with or information you submit to Mondo Media. By submitting any information to Mondo Media, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such information submitted by you to Mondo Media.
You hereby agree to hold Mondo Media and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Mondo Media site, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any information submitted to Mondo Media by you.
Information submitted by you to the Site shall be the property of Mondo Media, and Mondo Media shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any information so submitted.
2. Awarding Prizes:
Entries will be reviewed and entered into 5 random drawings. (1 drawing per week) All entries will be entered for each drawing, so you have five chances to win.
The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Decisions are final and no substitutions available. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Mondo Media may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). Mondo Media retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Mondo Media reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
3. Prizes:
Each drawing winner will receive a big bag of treats consisting of a selection of Happy Tree Friends items possibly including, but not limited to, HTF Bobbleheads; collectible figurines; mugs; bowls; shirts; and other HTF items, also an object of our choosing signed by Kenn Navarro. 5 prizes awarded over the entire duration of the sweepstakes.
4. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
